AYURVED 24×7 – Return / Replacement Policy
Return
A Return is defined as the process of the Buyer sending back the product purchased from AYURVED 24×7 due to an issue.
Replacement
A Replacement means receiving a new product in place of the delivered product.
A Buyer may request a replacement if they are not satisfied with the product due to reasons such as:
- Product damaged during shipping
- Product defective
- Missing item(s)
- Wrong item shipped
- Size or quantity mismatch
- Product expired
In most cases, a return may also lead to a refund.
Once a return/replacement request is submitted, AYURVED 24×7 will notify the Buyer regarding approval or rejection of the request.
Important Points to Note
- AYURVED 24×7 may accept returns/replacements at its sole discretion, even if outside the policy scope.
- If AYURVED 24×7 disagrees with a return/replacement request, the Buyer may raise a dispute.
- Buyers must carefully review the product details before ordering. Wrong product ordered by the Buyer will not qualify for return or refund.
- Return/Replacement requests must be raised within the applicable time window and must include photographs of:
- The parcel box
- All products received
- Any damage/defect
- Expiry details (if applicable)
- Once a return/replacement request is raised through our customer support, the product will be replaced/refunded only after the shipment is received back by AYURVED 24×7.
- Refunds will be processed within 30 days from the date of reverse pickup.
- If a replacement product is not in stock, AYURVED 24×7 will issue a refund, and the Buyer must accept the refund.
- All shipping and replacement costs shall be borne by AYURVED 24×7.

Return/Replacement Window:
- Wrong Product / Size Exchange: within 7 days of delivery (with photographs)
- Missing Item(s): within 2 days of delivery
- Damaged / Defective / Leaked Product: within 2 days of delivery
- Near-Expiry or Expired Product: within 7 days
- Products with less than 6 months of expiry are considered “near expiry”
- Expiry date must be clearly visible in photos
If the outer package is damaged, do not accept delivery.
If already accepted and damage is found later, request must be raised within 2 days.
Important Points to Remember
- Returned product must be in unused and original condition with:
- Original box
- Price tags
- Labels
- Invoice
- Freebies
- Accessories
- If these conditions are not met, AYURVED 24×7 will not re-deliver or replace the product.
Partial Order Damage
If multiple items were ordered and only one item is damaged:
- Only the damaged item will be replaced.
- If not available, refund will be for the damaged item only, not the entire order.
Refund Processing
- Full amount paid, including shipping charges, will be refunded.
- After return approval, pickup is arranged and product is verified before refund/replacement is initiated.
- In non-serviceable reverse pickup areas, Buyer may self-ship. Courier charges (up to ₹50) will be reimbursed.
Stock Availability
Replacement depends on stock availability. If unavailable, refund will be issued.
Return / Replacement Non-Acceptance Conditions
We cannot process returns/replacements in the following cases:
- Request raised after the allowed time window
- Wrong item ordered by Buyer
- Partially used/consumed products or strips
- Liquid evaporation/leakage up to 25% (considered normal)
- Missing original packaging, price tags, labels, invoice, freebies, etc.
- Products covered under manufacturer warranty (contact manufacturer directly)
- Product damaged by customer misuse
- Elastic supports, bandages, stockings, tapes (once used)
- Books/reading materials (not returnable after purchase)
- Consumables with broken seals
- Tampered/missing serial or batch numbers
AYURVED 24×7 ensures that all products are 100% genuine and brand new. If your product is damaged, defective, or not as described, our return policy covers you.
AYURVED 24×7 Replacement Guarantee
- Wrong/Defective product: Request replacement within 7 days of delivery
- Damaged/Leaked/Missing product: Request replacement within 2 days
- AYURVED 24×7 will recall the item and ship a new replacement at the earliest
- For size-related issues (elastic supports, wearable items), exchange is allowed only if unused and in original condition
After receiving the returned product, it will be verified. Based on verification, replacement or refund will be processed.
AYURVED 24×7 reserves the right to reject fraudulent or unjustified return claims.
Return Process
- Raise a return request via email or our support number
- Our team will verify the claim within 72 working hours
- If approved, we will schedule a reverse pickup
- Customer must pack the product in original manufacturer packaging
- Refund will be completed within 30 days from date of reverse pickup
Cancellation Policy
Customer Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled before shipment from the AYURVED 24×7 account or via support.
- Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.
- If Buyer refuses delivery, refund will be processed once the product returns to us.
Cancellation by AYURVED 24×7
We may cancel orders due to:
- Product out of stock
- Pricing errors
- Ordered quantity unavailable
- Courier service issues
- Any situation beyond our control
Full refund will be issued in such cases.
